Lemon Balm
Melissa Dream is an optimized formula of carefully selected lemon balm leaves and chamomile flowers which are picked dried and extracted by washing out the inert cellulose and thereby concentrating the beneficial plant constituents. The herbal formula is fortified with the amino acid L-theanine.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet when needed to relieve occasional stress during the day up to 3 tablets per day. To promote restful sleep take 2-3 tablets 30-60 minutes before intended sleep.

Microcrystalline cellulose dicalcium phosphate crosslinked sodium carboxy methylcellulose magnesium stearate hydroxypropyl methylcellulose silicon dioxide.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Do not take if you are pregnant or breast feeding or below 12 years of age. Do not use if blister package (inner foil) has been opened or tampered with. Store in a cool dry place.
