I would not pay $5.00 for this costume let alone $17/$19 plus shipping. If I would've seen it before ordering it I would not have bought it. It is made very cheap, almost feels like you can put your fingers through the material. It does not come with the sock/shoes and the shorts feel like a black piece of felt with a smal strip of elastic sewed in it. Do not waste your money on this. You can make the costume much cheaper and it will look much better than this!! The only positive was we had it shipped to our home and it arrived a day earlier than scheduled. The shorts are so thin I looks like if he moves in them he's going to tire them. I was not at all happy with this idea.
