Q:What’s the default ip address of the camera ?
F: 192.168.1.88

Q: Does the cameras support Motion Detect,FTP,Email alarm, RTSP and so on ?

Q:How to do there is no video image display through IE browser ?
F:No plugins installed,the plug-in must be installed when accessing the IP Camera for the first time using the Internet Explore.
Q:When I finish the steps to add the camera to the Camhi list,why it notify " Can’t find the Device " even I can see the default ip address 192.168.1.88 in the menu .
F:Maybe the default ip address is not in the same network segment as your router. The camera IP and your router must be in the same betwork segment.if not,you need to change the camera IP to the same to router.
Now the factory IP camera has been set to automatically obtain IP,so you can use it diretly.
Q:Can the camera support Audio?
F:The default factory of the camera can not support audio,if you need the audio,i can arrange the audio camera for free.You need remark it when you order.
The camera with audio need an external pickup can be a sound.if you use NVR to record,the NVR need to support audio ,the stored video will have a sound.

Recent software upgrade, to the camera's own WIFI added a password,some operation steps need to change,please check the following:
Monitor on Web:
The camera needs to be in the same network segment with the router in order to be out of the image, so from November 2016 after all the factory camera, the default factory have been changed to automatically obtain IP.
So when you view the camera on Web,first check the camera IP via PC Client,Camera IP is not fixed 192.168.1.88. （Recommended with IE browser）
