Shipping & Refund Notice

1.   All items are checked before being sent out.

2.   If buyer chooses free shipping without tracking number, pls be advised I will not be responsible if the item is lost during         shipment. Items will be delivered to you using Quantium Logistics from Malaysia and is sent using Singapore Post when the item reaches Singapore.

3.   You should receive it within 5 to 7 working days. 12 to 18 business days without tracking, 7 to 14 working days for delivery with tracking number.

4.   Do note that the delivery time is just an estimate.

5.   All items sold are not returnable or refundable, unless the item you received is wrong or faulty. Please email us a photo to : akarui32@gmail.com

6.  Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility.
