Mailing Address 

 

Buyers are to ensure that your mailing address is given accurately to Qoo10 (Gmarket) before confirming the purchase.  Regret that 

no refund will be entertained. 

 

Shipping Policy 

1) Orders will be mailed within 2 working days (Excluding Saturday ) upon payment receipt (from Qoo10).  You shall be 

receiving your items within 3 to 7 working days after placing the orders. 

2) All items will be sent via SingPost (www.singpost.com.sg)

3) All items are Highly Recommended to deliver via REGISTERED MAIL (with Singpost tracking no. We regret that we will not be 

responsible for damages/missing packages delivered via Normal Mail.

4) For buying more than 1 item via registered mail, kindly select the registered mail option ONCE and we will combine all your orders 

into one registered mail package.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

1) Refund and Exchange is only acceptable for wrong items delivered by xcubehub.  Please contact us within 3 days via email upon 

receipt of your order for an exchange.

2) Please do not send back the exchange items before our acknowledgement.

3) Please note that refund will only be made when a return product is in its original packaging and unused.
