It's broken down into sections to document your weekly goals, daily workout routine, caloric intake, supplements, gym finances, and so much more. If you do not have a workout buddy, then this little dairy will keep you motivated as it has me. Use it to see a real growth trend in your workouts.I used it to see my growth in weight lifting, increasing resistance every week and challenging myself to push my limits further to reaching my goals. Yes (2) No (0)Flag as Inappropriate Excellent!After I went to the main web page of the product, I felt it was what I was looking for. After I ordered it through GNC.com and received it, Oh Man! Its even better than I thought! It has a place to write all your strength training or even add your own, your cardio workout, amount of water, all three meals and three snacks, and even supplements. It has daily and weekly schedules for up to 91 days. I liked a lot that it has a space where you can write how where you feeling before, after and during your routines, and it has progress charts. I feel it's very complete.The only downside I found is that is 8½" x 6".. So it's kind of uncomfortable to put on a small purse or just have it during exercise. My overall rating is 10.
