Last Christmas I purchased 2 Kurio Xtreme 2's and they were good at first. Had a few app issues but no big deal. Not even 6 months later, tablet number 1 has stopped working. Wouldn't turn on or charge even though it was okay hours before. Months later, same thing with tablet 2. I've been sending reports through the website page for months and I get no response. I get a response via facebook though but they once again directs me to the webpage. The customer service is lacking and I'm highly disappointed and irritated with the tablets and the customer service. I would not recommend Kurio for these 2 reasons.
