Directions
You Will Need: 1 cup milk 1 egg 1/3 cup oil 1 (12 cup) muffin pan Preheat oven to 400o F(205oC) Grease or line 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners. 1. Mix It Up! Combine cornbread mix, egg, oil and milk in a mixing bowl. Stir ingredients until well combined. 2. Split It! Pour batter into prepared pan. 3. Bake It Up! Bake at 400 degrees for 18-22 min. Muffins are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing muffins from pan.Enjoy!
