Return, Exchange and Refund are provided only under the following circumstances:

1. If the item received is damaged, level of damage will be determined at the sole discretion of Global One.

2. If the item is lost by delivery company.

3. If the item is not as described or a different item received.

Return, Exchange and Refund are unavailable when:

1. If the item is described correctly.

2. If it is due to change of mind or wrong selection. We recommend customer to try at Retail shop before order online.

3. If the item has damaged by the buyer

4. If the original packaging of the item has been damaged, or the tag or label has been removed

If the reason for return is not due to Global One's Fault, such as wrong selection or change of mind, the buyer needs to bare the return shipping cost.

If you need to return, exchange or refund the item, you must notify us within 7 days from the day you received it.

Q: Is the item authentic?
A: All items selling in our store are 100% authentic and original. All our PANDORA are directly import from Europe.
Q: Where is the item from?
A: Pandora normally is made in Thiland and brand is from Denmark.
Q: Does it come with serial number/authenticity card?
A: No, Pandora does not issue serial number/authenticity card. You can compare with official store in Singapore.
Q: Can you include gift box/shopping bag with the purchase?
A: Gift box/shopping bag will be given to customer eligible to our promotion term and is on a first come first basis. However, the availablity is not guaranteed.
Q: What is the average delivery time?
A: We are using Singapore local express delivery, it normally takes 2-5 working days only.
Q: I'm looking for other model/designs, will it be available?
A: Yes of course, you can email to globalonehbu@gmail.com with the item description (Brand, Model, Color and etc) you are looking for and we will evaluate and may import for you!
Q: Why my tracking number is not able to track?
A: If tracking number is already available, it should be in transit to the delivery company warehouse. It can take up to 2 working days for them to update the tracking info.
