    About the smell:

    About the usage:
    1. Prep your skin:
    If possible take a hot bath or shower. Be very careful NOT to use ANY moisturizing soaps or lotions on the skin as this will not allow the product to penetrate the pores.

    2. About the time
    Apply our body wraps in the area where you want to lose inches with a saran wrap and wear if for a minimum of 45 minutes, an hour or overnight if you like. It depends on you. Body applicators are only to be used once.

    Kindly Tips:
    If it is the first time using the our body applicators, wear for only 45 minutes to test your skin¡¯s sensitivity to the natural ingredients.

    3. Frequency of Use
    Use one applicator every 72 hours. For best results, apply defining gel (15ml or 150ml) daily between applicator uses. Best if used immediately after opening.

    4. WATER, WATER, WATER
    Whether you use the wraps, water consumption is a MUST. You must drink half of your body weight in ounces a day in order to flush out all of your toxins. This is VITAL for this to work.

    5. Your menstrual cycle (for women obviously)
    Wrapping while on your cycle is NOT recommended. As first you are puffy and retaining water so you won't see much of a difference and that will just cause discouragement
