Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose before using Sinus Care. Fill neti pot or sinus rinse bottle with warm purified or distrilled water. Stir in one-half to one packet of Sinus Care Solution. Follow instructions included with neti pot or rinse bottle.
