I have tried a few other preworkouts before (C4 and Performix SST) and I enjoyed this one the most. It definitely increased my performance duration with no jittery speedy feeling. I very very rarely consume caffeine so the buzz from this was enough for me for my whole workout. Yes (5) No (0)Flag as Inappropriate Not the book i was expectingConsidering that i just started this path of being a Vegan this year and also stopped drinking caffeine, the boost i was looking for i didnt get. When i first took it, the first couple of times i felt the energy from it. then after i believe my body has already adapted to it so i upped the scoops to 2 scoops, which hasnt helped any. i dont want to over do it and go with 3 or more scoops but at this point what should i do in order to get the same feeling as in the beginning Was this review helpful? Yes (5) No (0)Flag as Inappropriate Things to like, but doesn't work for meThis was my first foray into using a pre-workout product and while there are some things to like about this product (tastes good, plant-based), I don't feel as though it gave me the boost I was expecting. I will admit though, I am fairly sensitized to caffeine so it will probably take something strong to make me feel energized.
