I got exactly what I purchased with this item. Easy to assemble and holds all of mine and my husband's shoes. Fit perfectly in my closet to help declutter it a bit.

Couldn't have been easier to put together. holds 16 pairs of my shoes. The only flaw is that the shelves are kinda of close together so for taller shoes its hard to fit them in, but just have to turn them to their sides then put them up straight once they're under the shelf. Over all its a good shoe rack.

These are awesome shoe racks. They are relatively compact given their capacity. Speaking of capacity, while I can't say enough good things about this rack, it doesn't hold 20 pairs of shoes. A more reasonable measure is 16 pairs. Still a great value and I'm thrilled with the purchase

I love and liked it so much, very easy to assemble and good quality. Now I feel relief watching that my shoes and sandals are organized and safe .

Liked it. I saw other ladies complain about it not holding heels, but I didn't have that issue. I'd be careful with it though, not a tough bar for any heavy material (I accidentally dropped a box on it and it bent but that's understandable) met my expectations for a shoe rack.
