The Lucky Tanner Fox Complete utilizes TCS compression, which is tool less HIC compression, or hidden internal compression. HIC complete scooters require an HIC shim to screw into the forks in order to accommodate the oversized bars. HIC scooters will utilize an oversized clamp due to the oversized outer diameter of the bars.
