How do you use our product? 

Begin by opening up the activated charcoal jar, make sure to open it above a garbage can as some product may come out. You can get a tablespoon and put a little of the product into a cup, damped your tooth brush and brush teeth as normal. When finished, swish water in mouth, you may need to do this 2-3 times *we recommend* to do the entire procedure while taking a shower, as it may be easier to clean-up afterwards. If you are in-front of the mirror, check to see if any of the product has gotten between your gums, after washing your tooth brush completely off (you can put it under warm water, and then use your finger to help clean it) take the brush turn it slightly upwards so that the bristle will reach under your gums to remove any particles that may be sticking out from your gums.

 When you have successfully completed brushing your teeth with the Activated Charcoal powder, you can move on to the next step. If you do not have teeth whitening trays, you can put the whitening gel on your tooth brush and begin brushing your teeth with it. You may notice some gum irritation, and that small parts of your gum will turn white, do not worry it's only temporary.
