Return & Refund Policy
Dear Value Customer, Please take note that we don’t accept the cases below for return and refund:
1. Over 7 days passed from Delivery completed date.
2. If items are used or damaged. (Generally we will check the item for defects before we ship the product to you)
3. Sending item without prior contact us.

(A) We will reply your exchange request soonest possible with more information. For item that is eligible for exchange, customer will bear full delivery charges, inclusive of registered mail fee to our address and back to you.
(B) Exchange item delivery will only be proceed once the incurred charged received and confirmed.
(C) For out of stock item, you will be given the option to exchange for a different design of the same value.
(D) Please take note the following reason may not be considered as manufacturer defects:
