Notice

- From September, we will guarantee color even low QTY. If there is situatation we can't supply it, we will compensate with more pcs of mailber bag (at least 30pcs) by checking before shipping 

 

- Since we change our sourcing system to guarantee color, sourcing cost increased a lot. We are not able to provide FREE 100 pcs for buyers who purchase over 1,000 pcs

- Wholesale buyer's order will be shipped from factory to buyer directly by EMS (Self-pick up available)

Shipping 

 -18x25 : 100~200 pcs will be shipped by Singpost normal mail. Based on experiecne, that is faster. If customer want door-to-door service, please leave a note when you purchase. No additional charge. However, pleaes remember that it could take 1~2 days more than singpost 

- Over 2 kg order will be shipped by U-rasia Express (door to door)

 

- Mailer Bag is quite heavy item. There is not many option we can choose for maintaining shipping fee at $2. Please understand. 

 

 

 

Q&A

 

Q: Can I use marker on the mailber bag? 

 A: Yes. Of course

 

 

 

Q: If missing happens? 

 A: We will do full refund if missing happens according to Qoo10 Rule. When 3 weeks passed from Shipping date and no sign of delivery, Seller must do refund request to Qoo10 when there is claim from customers. 

 (Qoo10 doesn't pay to seller for un-delivered item. That's why seller can't refund customer directly since Qoo10 has the money) 

 

 

We have been following rule with respect. However, don't be alarm. So far, only 1 ~ 2 cases reported as missing last 1 year. Eventually it all delivered. 

 

 

 

Q: Why guarantee color was so hard? 

A: As you know, color mailber bag is more expensive. We contact factory and bring their spare stock after they do mass production (such as 100,000 pcs order). If we do manufacturing order, price will be hugely increased because of cost

 

That's why we can keep our price low even we bring it from Overseas by paying air parcel fee

 

 

We always order purple and pink from factory, however, rarely they send us other color that we have not expected. It was not that easy to claim if you are pay low price (compare to other buyer) to manufacturer. 

 

However, from September, we have decided to guarantee our color. If there is situation we can't, we will compensate to make our customer keep happy
