Palate : The bouquet is fresh and fruity for this very classic, deep, earthy wine, while the flavours are robust and spicy, with powerful, elegant tannins.

Recommended Cuisine

After laying down for some time, it will go well with grilled red meat and roasted meat, game birds and animals, as well as strong cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
